Senior Finance Manager/Finance Manager
Reports to: Senior Vice President, Finance

Key Responsibilities:
Reports to the Senior Vice President, Finance, you shall assist to ensure the set-up and effective running of finance operations. You are also required to maintain the full sets of accounts of the intermediate holding companies and ensure effective implementation of financial controls. Other than the timely provision and analysis of financial reports, you will also be responsible for cash flow forecasts and management, tax planning and computation, budgeting and preparation of statutory accounts. You are expected to work closely with all internal as well as external business partners.

Principal Duties:
  • In charge of the Company's financial/management reporting functions
  • Consolidation of monthly and quarterly financial reports and yearly financial statements
  • Prepare SGX quarterly results announcements
  • Manage cashflow and treasury functions
  • Budgeting and financial planning process
  • Liaise with external parties such as tax agents, lawyers, auditors and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance
  • Review and implement accounting and financial procedures and policies to ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial policies
  • And all other duties as assigned

Experience required
Minimum 5 years experience with audit background

Job Description:
  1. Provide administrative support to the leasing team such as:
    • Preparation of lease documents, license agreements and other contractual
    • Keeping track of lease documents
    • Data entry and update of vacancy listings, tenant listings, and other necessary database to ensure that the database is up to date
    • Prepare leasing and marketing reports
    • Take down minutes during meetings
    • All other leasing activities as required
  2. Participate in marketing and advertising activities such as:
    • Helping out in marketing events
    • Apply for new/renew advertising space and banners
    • Coordinating the publication of classified ads
    • Liaise the artwork with publication houses
    • Monitoring and update any online listings or ads that we may have

Job Description:
  • Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedule
  • Supervise and liaise with contractors for any maintenance repairs and renovation works

Job Description:
  • Carry out budget planning and monitoring, and manage cost control measures
  • Collaborate with other departments to support business needs and plans

  • Hand over and take over premises to / from tenants / purchasers
  • Identify manpower resource allocation to meet business needs
