Property Executive
The Job
  • Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedule
  • Supervise and liaise with contractors for any maintenance repairs and renovation works
  • Maintain buildings especially in the areas of security and cleanliness
  • Manage and attend to all complaints, feedback and service requests in a timely manner
  • Promote good relations with our partners and tenants
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager
Prerequisites
  • Degree / Diploma in Engineering(Mechanical/Electrical) / Real Estate / Facilities / Building / Estate Management)
  • Possess Fire Safety Manager certification will be added advantage
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Energy Management will be an added advantage
  • A self-driven team player with good planning, organizing, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and under tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Property Manager
The Job
  • Carry out budget planning and monitoring, and manage cost control measures
  • Collaborate with other departments to support business needs and plans
  • Drive company culture and initiatives to the site team
  • Ensure the contractors/vendors complete repair and maintenance work as per contract requirements
  • Hand over and take over premises to / from tenants / purchasers
  • Identify manpower resource allocation to meet business needs
  • Lead and supervise a team of site staff in the management and maintenance of our properties
  • Lead in site safety management system
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of our properties
  • Review, formulate and develop strategies to ensure optimal and effective management of our properties
  • Tenants relationship
Prerequisites
  • Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Property Development / Real Estate Management or equivalent
  • Preferably with Fire Safety Manager certification
  • Minimum 6 years of working experience in the related field
  • Good team player with strong analytical and leadership skills
  • Good interpersonal, communication and written skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
