Administrative Executive/Leasing Coordinator/Leasing Admin
Job Description:
  1. Provide administrative support to the leasing team such as:
    • Prepare and keep track of lease documents, license agreements and other contractual
    • Data entry and update of vacancy listings, tenant listings, and other necessary database to ensure that the database is up to date
    • Prepare leasing and marketing reports
    • All other leasing activities as required
  2. Participate in marketing and advertising activities such as:
    • Helping out in marketing events
    • Apply for new/renew advertising space and banners
    • Coordinating the publication of classified ads
    • Liaise the artwork with publication houses
    • Monitoring and update any online listings or ads that we may have
    • Perform any other administrative duties from time to time as assigned.
Pre-requisites:
  • Diploma / Degree holder
  • Preferably to have at least a year of leasing/leasing admin experience in Property/Real Estate (Industrial) industry
  • Preferably to be an existing CEA license holder
  • Pleasant personality and good communication skill
  • Meticulous and systematic in documentation and filing
Property Executive
Job Description:
  • Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedule
  • Supervise and liaise with contractors for any maintenance repairs and renovation works
  • Maintain buildings especially in the areas of security and cleanliness
  • Manage and attend to all complaints, feedback and service requests in a timely manner
  • Promote good relations with our partners and tenants
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager
Pre-requisites:
  • Degree / Diploma in Engineering(Mechanical/Electrical) / Real Estate / Facilities / Building / Estate Management)
  • Possess Fire Safety Manager certification will be added advantage
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Energy Management will be an added advantage
  • A self-driven team player with good planning, organising, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and under tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Property Manager
Job Description:
  • Carry out budget planning and monitoring, and manage cost control measures
  • Collaborate with other departments to support business needs and plans
  • Drive company culture and initiatives to the site team
  • Ensure the contractors/vendors complete repair and maintenance work as per contract requirements
  • Hand over and take over premises to / from tenants / purchasers
  • Identify manpower resource allocation to meet business needs
  • Lead and supervise a team of site staff in the management and maintenance of our properties
  • Lead in site safety management system
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of our properties
  • Review, formulate and develop strategies to ensure optimal and effective management of our properties
  • Tenants relationship
Pre-requisites:
  • Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Property Development / Real Estate Management or equivalent
  • Preferably with Fire Safety Manager certification
  • Minimum 6 years of working experience in the related field
  • Good team player with strong analytical and leadership skills
  • Good interpersonal, communication and written skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Leasing Executive
Job Description:
  • Formulate marketing and leasing strategies, negotiate and conclude leases (new, renewal)
  • Prepare leasing documents
  • Formulate and conduct market research on rental prices
  • Manage tenant relationship, including and not limited to creating common platforms for gathering/dialogue sessions
  • Work with external parties including government agencies and obtain necessary approvals for leasing
  • Ensure leasing details are promptly and accurately capture in Yardi System
  • Work with Property Management Team to ensure all partition/infrastructure works are properly executed (where necessary) and properly handed over to tenant/s
  • Cold-calling prospective tenants
  • Maintain proper emails and relevant ‘paper’ trails on all offers and negotiations on proposed terms
  • Seeking relevant approval prior to reverting key commercial terms to prospective tenants
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time
Pre-requisites:
  • Degree / Diploma in Real Estate Real Estate or related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Possess initiative, self-motivated and target driven
  • Develop digital marketing skills and social media platforms
